About The Event
Welcome to Code Pragna-2024, an exhilarating national-level coding contest designed to ignite the competitive spirit among budding engineers! This contest invites brilliant minds from ACE Engineering College and various other engineering colleges to showcase their programming prowess across four major languages: C, C++, Python, and Java.
- First Round: The Entry Challenge
Dive into the world of coding with our preliminary round, designed to test your foundational knowledge and problem-solving skills. Navigate through 40 challenging MCQs and secure your spot in the next round!
- Second Round: The Advancement Test
The competition intensifies in the second round. With another set of 40 MCQs, this round will further evaluate your coding acumen and prepare you for the ultimate coding showdown.
- Final Round: The Coding Battle
The final round brings you face-to-face with complex coding problems. Conducted offline at ACE Engineering College, this round will challenge your coding skills in real-time, with questions curated by internal faculty and industry experts from “Swecha.”
Questions Preparation:
For the first two rounds, our seasoned CSE faculty members, with specialized faculty in charge of each programming language, have meticulously crafted the MCQs to ensure a comprehensive assessment. The final round’s coding questions are a collaborative effort between internal faculty and industry experts from the “Swecha” organization, guaranteeing a mix of academic and industry-relevant challenges.
Exam Platform:
The first and second rounds will be conducted online through our dedicated event website www.aceevent.in, while the final round will be hosted on the globally recognized Hacker Rank platform for an immersive coding experience.
Registration Fees:
The first and second rounds are free of charge, welcoming all aspiring coders to participate without any financial barrier. For those who advance to the final round, a nominal fee of Rs. 200/- per student per language will be charged, ensuring a serious and committed participation.
Prize Distribution:
Celebrate your victory with attractive cash prizes for each programming language. The top three winners in each language will receive prizes that acknowledge their exceptional coding skills. These cash prizes are supported by the registration fees collected, ensuring a rewarding experience for the champions.
