Our Recruitment Process at ACE Engineering College
The placement process at ACE Engineering College is designed to connect students with national recruiters, providing opportunities to start their professional careers. Here’s a detailed overview of the process:
Initiation in the 6th Semester
- The placement process begins around the 6th semester.
- Through on-campus presentations and job postings, students learn about recruiting companies.
Eligibility and Shortlisting
- Based on eligibility criteria, students are shortlisted for the selection process.
- Shortlisted data is shared with companies, or students may fill out registration forms.
Pre-Placement Talks (PPT)
- Placements commence with pre-placement talks by recruiters to eligible students.
- These talks provide insights into the organizations’ philosophies and expectations.
Shortlisting by Recruiters
- Recruiters select suitable candidates and draw up a shortlist.
- The shortlist is communicated to the Training & Placement team, who then contact the students.
On-Campus Interviews
- The next stage involves on-campus interviews.
- Companies conduct interviews and may also hold off-campus interviews with students.
Offers and Final Placements
- Companies make offers to selected students.
- The final interviews and placement process continue until the end of the 8th semester.
